Sowing

She drove to the church hastily because she didn’t want to be late for the SERVICE not knowing the small WALLET containing her two phones and some cash was not in the big bag she carried.

Became worried when it was OFFERING time because it’s her custom to always GIVE to the Lord.

She stylishly tell the woman sitting next to her to give her any amount on her to drop for offering.

She looked at her and said Mummy are you sure of what you’re saying or you’re just pulling my legs because I know you well very.

I’m sure she replied, the woman reached out to her bag and gave her #500.

She was driving home after service when she saw the woman that helped her with the offering trekking, stopped bye and ask why she didn’t enter cab.

She said I gave you the LAST money on me, I can’t say NO to you because you want to give it to God.

The woman unlock her car doors and told her to come in, drove to her own house, gave her 20 thousand naira and some food stuffs.

She said Mummy, I only prayed for God’s blessing this morning and I didn’t know this is how it will come.

So God wanted me to SOW so that I can REAP, hmmm thank God you’re a fertile ground, my own offering was #200 but I release that #500 because of your status.

Life is give and take, you must always drop something to pick up another in the journey of faith.

God sometimes test our heart to see if we can handle what He’s about to release to us and many people have FAILED such tests.

The widow of Zarephath and her son would have died after that meal if she didn’t obey the word of Elijah to make provision for him first.

Don’t HARDEN your heart when God speaks to you.

Shalom!
